How do you protect my data?
Protecting your data and therefore your business, is a top priority for Better Walker.  All communication in Better Walker is protected with a 128/256 bit level encryption SSL. Unlike other pet sitting softwares, we store your data on multiple servers that do complete backups in real time.  Our servers are housed in secure data centers with the highest levels of security. 
Is there a contract for me to sign?
No.  You will be billed on a month to month basis with the freedom to cancel at anytime without incurring fees or penalties.
How are my fees calculated?
Better Walker calculates monthly fee’s based the number of active walkers within the billing period.  An active walker is defined as any staff member that completed a service using the system, and all additional admin accounts.  If a staff member is does not complete a service during the month, you will not be charged for them.
Can I process credit cards with Better Walker?
Absolutely.  You can accept credit card and ACH/e-check payments with Better Walker.  Your clients can make credit card and ACH/e-check payments through their client portal or you can initiate payments from you admin dashboard.  Clients balances automatically reflect all payments.  There are no hidden fees to accept credit cards, only those charged by the merchant provider.
